The title of “most handsome boy in the world” has been officially bestowed upon Victor Ukovic Dukic of Montenegro’s city of Berane.
“Officially, Montenegro is the most beautiful candidate in the world, and Viktor Ukovic Dukic (3 years old) from Belan is the most beautiful boy in the world,” Top 3 “Models Montenegro,” wrote on its official Facebook page.
Viktor Dukic entered the “The most beautiful child in the world” competition. The in a competition conducted in Turkey, the young man took first place in both the “Little Mr. World” and the “Best of the Best.
“The adorable young man took part in the festival’s International Children’s Fashion Week as well.
The young man was carrying the flag of his native Montenegro while dressed in traditional garb. Slavitsa, Victor’s mother, claimed that her son was frequently dubbed Cupid.
