She had anorexia for two years and weighed only 29 kg: Simple chocolate helped her recover

British citizen Anna Windley, 21, ate just one sandwich every five days, weighed 29 kilos at her age.

She even looked like a skeleton wrapped in skin and was afraid to eat.

While still in school, she participated in many activities, played sports and was a model student.

She had been overweight since birth, and despite this, she often heard her peers criticize her weight.

Anna chose to lose weight because she was tired of being teased.

She began to severely restrict her diet, eating only one sandwich every few days and almost never meat, sweets, pastries or dairy.

Anna often ended up in the hospital because of her “diet”, and she was diagnosed with “anorexia”.

Doctors began to warn the girl that if she continued at this rate, she could suffer a heart attack.

Anna had weakened to the point that she was afraid of the smell of food and couldn’t even look at it.

The girl went to another room when they tried to give her a pie at a festival because she couldn’t stand being around food.

But all that changed one day, and regular chocolate played a part in it.

Anna once had a craving for sweets but subconsciously knew she would eat a lot of them.

But she made the choice to try them anyway.

Later, she stepped on the scale and saw that she hadn’t gained weight.

So she gradually began to allow herself treats.

However, it was only after him that I realized that eating is not as terrifying as it seemed to me”.

One of Anna’s main phobias was eliminated thanks to this meeting, and she gradually began to eat normally again.

The girl now weighs 45 kg, maintains a healthy lifestyle and looks back on this period of her life with dread.
