The trainer got 35 kg fat to understand the problems and anxieties of his clients

A good specialist does everything right, as it should.

And excellent and in demand – in the way that would be best for his client.

The difference is colossal. And fitness trainer Drew Manning felt it first hand.

Manning came from personal negative experience – several of his clients could not cope with their fears and problems, they were not given training.

And then he thought about the fact that many athletes and even coaches simply do not understand, do not have experience of what it is like to be in the shoes of their clients.

At least because they never had excess weight.

It’s not about fat per se.

If you take care of yourself from a young age, train, eat right, etc., then your body and thoughts are fundamentally different from those who have never crossed the threshold of the gym.

What is just another task for an experienced “rolling man”, then for an unprepared person it is almost a feat.

Both physically and emotionally.

In addition, there is a factor of age and accumulated sores.

What is easy to win at 20 becomes a real problem at 40.

Especially if there is zero experience, and there is barely enough time and resources.

And Manning just turned 40, and he decided to check two things for himself.

What it is like to be fat and sick, and how difficult it is to train and succeed in this state.
