The colonel pushed her out of the train car at night, in the freezing cold, when there wasn’t a soul around, without even suspecting who this girl really was and that something even more terrible would be waiting for him very soon 😳😱

The colonel disliked the new girl from the very first day.

She appeared in the unit unexpectedly, without unnecessary words, in a simple uniform with no insignia. Young, calm, she looked straight into people’s eyes and didn’t lower her gaze. That irritated him immediately.

The conflict began during formation.

— Who sent you here? — he asked coldly as he walked past her.

— I was transferred by order, — the girl replied calmly.

— What order? I’m the one who gives orders here, — he sneered.

She didn’t look away.

— Then you haven’t been shown it yet.

Someone quietly chuckled in the ranks. The colonel turned sharply.

— Do you think you’re special? I’ve broken dozens like you.

— Try, — she answered briefly.

After that, he no longer hid his irritation.

During training, he picked on every movement she made. In front of everyone, he raised his voice.

— Don’t your hands work properly?
— Do you even understand where you’ve ended up?
— This is no place for girls.

She barely responded. Sometimes she just looked at him in a way that made him uncomfortable, but he pretended not to notice.

A few days later, the unit was sent by train. A nighttime journey through the mountains, a long train, almost everyone was asleep.

The colonel didn’t sleep. He walked through the car thinking about only one thing — getting rid of her. Quietly, without unnecessary questions.

He noticed her by the door. The girl stood alone, looking into the darkness. Outside the window, mountains flashed by, and below, a dark river could be seen. The car swayed slightly.

He approached quietly.

— Can’t sleep? — he said, stopping beside her.

She didn’t turn.

— Fresh air.

— This isn’t a прогулка, — the colonel smirked. — Do you even understand that you won’t survive here?

She slowly turned toward him.

— You’re too confident.

He stepped closer.

— And you talk too much.

The door was slightly open. Cold air hit his face.

He suddenly grabbed her by the shoulder.

— That’s enough.

She didn’t even have time to fully react.

A sharp movement. The colonel pushed her with all his strength.

The body of the young soldier fell backward into the darkness. For a second, their eyes met. No scream. No panic. Just a direct look. Then she disappeared.

Below was the abyss. Rocks. River. Night. Cold. He immediately slammed the train door shut. The metal thudded dully.

For a few seconds, he stood there, breathing heavily. Then he straightened his uniform and calmly walked back.

Inside the car, it was quiet. Everyone was asleep. No one had seen anything. He was sure it was over, that he had gotten rid of her so easily, but the colonel knew who this girl was and what she was capable of 😳 The continuation of the story is written in the second part, in the first comment 👇👇

In the morning, he behaved as usual. Even calmer.

There were no questions. No one noticed her disappearance. A few days passed. Then one night, the power went out in the unit. At first, no one paid attention.

Then the systems started failing. Cameras. Communication. Doors. The colonel stepped into the corridor. It was dark. Only emergency lights flickered. He heard footsteps. Slow. Even. He turned.

At the end of the corridor, she was standing there. The same uniform. The same hairstyle. Only her face was paler. Blood on her sleeve. But she stood straight, as if nothing had happened.

He froze.

— You…

She took a step forward.

— Did you really think it would be that simple?

He stepped back.

— That’s impossible.

— You didn’t ask who I am, — she said calmly.

He tried to pull himself together.

— I myself…

— Yes, — she interrupted. — You made a mistake.

She came closer.

— I’m not from your unit. And not from your system.

The lights flickered again.

All the doors around them slammed shut with a dull sound.

The colonel realized he was alone.

She stopped a few steps away.

— I survived, — she said quietly. — And I had time to think.

He tried to take out his phone, but the screen was black.

— What do you want? — he asked sharply.

She looked straight into his eyes.

— The same thing you did.

He took a step back. The floor beneath his feet suddenly trembled. He turned around. Behind him was an open technical shaft that hadn’t been there before.

He looked back at her.

She stood calmly.

— Night. Cold. No one around, — she said. — Remember?

He tried to scream, but at that moment the lights went out completely.

A second later, a short sound was heard in the darkness.

And then silence again.

In the morning, people in the unit said that the colonel had disappeared. No one understood how it had happened. But the cameras weren’t working at that moment. And in the archives, a brief recording glitch appeared. In it, for a second, you can see someone standing in the dark corridor. And looking directly into the camera.
