Owen Cerf, a 19-year-old masonry apprentice, disappeared during the night of October 5 to 6. He allegedly left the Le So nightclub in Rouen alone between 3 a.m. and 4 a.m. and has not been heard from since.

On the night of his disappearance, he was wearing a white shirt, white pants, and black and white sneakers.
