A twenty-three-year-old farmer did not want to follow the same path as his peers. His dream was to have his own house, so he decided to design it himself.

Dane notes that it would have taken him years to repay a mortgage, given his modest income. Not wanting to go into debt, he knew that buying a house without a loan would require significant savings, which would take too long.

That’s why Dane chose to build his house by himself. Having never done anything like this before, he sought the help of his father, who is a carpenter. His father provided him with invaluable support in this endeavor.

With the help of his friends, the construction progressed more actively. Given his limited budget, Dane had to procure low-cost materials.

The windows cost him only thirty dollars, and he received the boiler as a gift. After approximately a year of work, he had a pleasant house, albeit small, equipped with everything necessary for living.

To live in such a space, it is not necessary to spend a fortune. Dane heats his home with a stove and cooks on a gas stove, without using electricity, except for a kerosene lamp. The only connection to modernity is his mobile phone, which allows him to access the internet.

He also created his own vegetable garden, where he grows various vegetables and fruits, on a small plot given to him by a neighbor. In the future, he plans to raise chickens.

Although the atmosphere in his new home is simple, Dane has everything he needs to lead a normal life and is completely satisfied.

His little house, lost in the middle of nowhere, is truly unique. But can one really criticize a man who is so content with his life? The most important thing is that he feels comfortable, and the opinions of others do not matter.
