A tragic accident claimed the lives of two people during a rally in New Zealand, sending shockwaves through the motorsport world. Brooklyn Horan, 15, and Tyson Jemmett, 35, lost their lives in an accident that occurred during the Arcadia Road Rallysprint in Paparoa. Before plunging into a swollen river, the driver had skidded on a gravel road. Emergency services arrived on the scene, but unfortunately, both were pronounced dead.
MotorSport New Zealand has launched a thorough investigation to determine the causes of the accident.
