Hairiness is a major enemy for many women. Some are even embarrassed by having body hair. The situation becomes even more complicated when this hairiness is excessive and affects areas like the face.
This is the story of Supatra Natty Sasuphan, a young girl from Thailand suffering from a rare genetic condition, and it is quite unusual.
The Hairiest Girl in the World Decided to Shave Her Face and Finally Find the Love of Her Life
This girl suffers from a genetic disorder called Ambras Syndrome, also known as Werewolf Syndrome. Due to this condition, Natty experiences excessive hair growth all over her body, including her face.
In 2010, she was recognized as the world’s hairiest girl by the Guinness World Records.
The girl’s parents feared that she would constantly face ridicule and have difficulties in social life. After the doctors diagnosed her, the parents realized that their daughter’s condition was rare and that she might live her whole life with this amount of hair.
Laser hair removal was one of the treatment methods offered to Natty, but it only temporarily prevented hair growth, after which the hair would grow back much faster and thicker. Natty had no choice but to live with and adapt to her hairiness.
Like any parent, Natty’s father hoped that his daughter would one day be cured. But it has been almost ten years since little Natty was recognized as the world’s hairiest girl, and she has come a long way since then.
Now Natty is a young woman who has started shaving her face and body and has found the love of her life. She married the man she loves and shares her life with him.
