The fame of these girls dates back even before their birth, but their parents, Varvara and Dmitry Artamkin, are ordinary people, far from the glamour of show business.

Despite considerable challenges and the suggestion of a partial abortion, the couple, bolstered by their religious beliefs and previous losses, rejected the idea. Their quest to maintain the pregnancy led them to a British clinic, albeit at a high cost.
Generous individuals, moved by the Artamkins’ plight, raised the necessary funds. Ultimately, Varvara gave birth to five beautiful girls, a testament to hope and determination.
Fifteen years have passed, but the bond between the Artamkins remains strong. Varvara manages the household, while Dmitry has found his calling in faith and is now an ordained deacon.
Elizaveta, Nadezhda, Alexandra, Tatiana, and Varvara Artamkin, along with their parents, actively participate in Sunday school classes and reflect on their future plans.
