During her grandson’s wedding, they pushed the grandmother in her wheelchair down a high hill, calling it nothing more than a funny joke: the relatives filmed everything and laughed, but they could not even imagine the horror this cruel act would bring upon them 😨
Daniel and Emma’s wedding was taking place at a small country house near a lake. The newlyweds had deliberately decided against a large restaurant and hundreds of guests because they wanted to spend that day only with their closest loved ones.
The house stood at the top of a large green hill. Below was a lake, fields stretched all around, and near the house they had set up long tables, decorated the trees with lanterns, and placed a small wedding arch.
Among the guests was the groom’s 87-year-old grandmother, Margaret.
After an operation, the woman could barely walk on her own and used a wheelchair to get around. Daniel desperately wanted his grandmother to be at the wedding, because she had practically raised him after his parents died.
Margaret felt wonderful. She talked to the guests, took photos with the newlyweds, and repeated several times with a laugh that she had been afraid she would not live long enough to see her beloved grandson’s wedding.
Toward evening, several young guests decided to take a walk around the property.

When Daniel reached his grandmother, she was lying next to the wheelchair. Her hands were scratched, her dress was torn near the knee, and she was shaking and unable to speak properly.
Luckily, there was a doctor among the guests. He immediately told everyone not to lift Margaret and called an ambulance. Twenty minutes later, the woman was taken to the hospital. Daniel went with her.
For several hours, he sat in the corridor, still wearing his wedding suit, and for the first time realized that he could have lost his grandmother because of a few seconds of foolish laughter. Late that night, the doctor came out.
